After making the pumpkin chocolate chip bread I had some extra pumpkin left over and thought it should be used towards something...so I came across this recipe and decided it must be tested in my kitchen! And I've decided to start taking pictures of the things I create in the kitchen, I mean, why not? Enjoy!
They're surprisingly easy and quick to make.
And very, very delicious! Light, fluffy and sweet!
