It's been 15 days and I'm sticking to the plan. That's right. Not skipping a day, not taking the easy way out. Running regardless of how hot it is in the house (yeah, I'm sticking to the treadmill for now), how much my knee and shins hurt...doesn't matter. (I'm thinking about getting good shoes after we return from vacation) I'm pushing through and I'm getting this thing done! Needless to say, I'm still enjoying this whole running thing. I feel good afterwards, more energized and I feel like I can take on the world. Plus, I found these 10 benefits of running. And hey, that's motivation enough, right?
